The owner/chef at Volare definitely knows his way around the kitchen and is also greatly loved by the community. Everyone enjoys, and strives to get the chance to hear, his conversation (and accent!) Rest assured, he has an excellent chef and a line of sous chefs in the kitchen, no matter where he is around the restaurant. \r
His marinara sauce is an authentic, homemade creation. It may be a matter of taste, but it is, in my and my friends' opinions, delicious. Incomparable to something from a can!\r
The servers are well-trained and professional, exceeding expectations one might have of a Non-fine-dining restaurant. The atmosphere makes you feel at ease and at home, while the waitstaff efficiently accomodates your needs. \r
This restaurant has served ME, Brenham, and surrounding areas for over 10 years now. Its following only grows as time goes by, and the positive feedback greatly outweighs any bad day the restaurant may have.
