If you desire being treated similar to a steer at a sale barn, then by all means, this is the physician's office to contact. First, I have been a patient of this Dr. and facility for several years....until today, I've had enough! This office sets an appointment with the patient defining a time, which was kept on my first visit years ago. Since then, this office has never kept a scheduled appt. time. You must add from 1-2 hours to be put in an exam room where you will spend another 30 min. to an hour before seeing a physician or nurse. Totally ridiculous!! Maybe I should begin back-charging the Dr. for him missing my scheduled apptmt. Today I needed to schedule an annual physical, I am in good health, just require a physical since I am involved in strenuous physical activities. When trying to make an apptmt., I asked if I could arrive at the scheduled time and not wait in the waiting room as it is typically filled with patients suffering from illnesses such as flu, SWINE FLU, and etc. I was told that the scheduled time was an estimate and that I would be required to wait in the waiting room to be called, regardless of the time it took. I was told that I could not wait outside the office door as the staff will not check this area when the patient's name is called. Now I ask you; does this make sense? Requiring healthy patient's exposure to sicknesses because you cannot honor your time commitments or make consessions like having your staff walk 20 feet through the front door and inform the patient that they can proceed to the next room. If someone out there knows of a competent physician that treats people as people, let me know as I am finished beating my head against the wall with this one!
Cons: People Skills
