I sent my son to the Early Learning Center for over six months. (It ws my mother's idea.) First, they lost two jogging suit jackets, we only recovered one. Second, I have a flexible schedule, and the teacher of his class made me feel inadequate because I brought my son at my convenience even though he always arrived within 1 hour of school starting (the school told me to feel free to drop him off whenever). Then there was a mandatory field trip that all kids were going on and I had to pay an additional $15.00 for that chance. (I feel if it was mandatroy they should have told me before the date or at least taken some of the monies that I pay monthly to fund my child's excursion) Finally, I had a hard month in February, and I cringed at the thought of paying $350.00 for one full month of March tuition and he would miss a whole week for Spring Break. So I decided to take him out for the month. They told me that I had to pay the registration fee again fo $175.00 when I brought him back in April. I expalined that I can't afford those amount, but it didn't matter. this was their ""policy"". I would have even understood, if they could have split the payment up or offered a discount, but instead this Baptist Church School can't understand the state of families in this day and age and how we are at the cusp of a recession. I already feel it . In any case, my son will not be attending this school anymore, and I advise any parent who looks at this school to keep searching there are other alternatives to this school that offer better prices and better care for the children.
