Editorial review from Citysearch 12/26/2012

I was at first impressed with this place, but the cracks started to show quickly. Aside from their ever-rotating lot of teachers, when there was a problem with my child, suddenly the smiles turned to blank faces and non-answers. From what I've read now, I understand this is nothing new. I've taken my child to a school that respects parents and understands how important it is to address our concerns head on. more

We're happy 12/9/2011

We've been at this school for about a year. We're really happy with the level of care and education. The teachers are excellent. They have worked so hard to build my older son's confidence (he is sensitive), and keep my younger one in line (he's not so sensitive :)).\r \r In our experience, all of the teachers have seemed happy in their work. The directors and the owner respect the teachers. This place just had a good feeling when I toured it, and I'm so glad we chose them.\r \r I've spoken with the owner twice, and she is very nice. She listens well and addresses concerns, as do the directors and teachers. This is a well run school - and my little chickens love it. more

North Plano Exceeds Primrose Reputation 12/9/2011

My children have attended this school for over 6 years now (combined). I have NEVER had a problem with any of the staff. The teachers have taken great care of the students and all have a certain level of passion that exceeds several other schools I have been to. I am shocked by the TexasChamp review. Perhaps their child (or ""kid"" as they like to refer to them as) is not sociably ready and that is why they don't care for the school as much as their parent states. I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone. As for the owner not always being on the premises - she has two schools that she divides her time in between. She also takes care of her own family and has several other professional demands in her life. We can't all be at one place all the time. I am sure she does the absolute best that she can! The curicculum is great, summer camp is so much fun, and we adore everyone at this school! more

This school is for the Chickens 11/18/2011

This so called ""school"" is a rip off. I was excited when I first enrolled my child here, but week after week I became more and more disappointed in the way it was run. I have never seen a daycare [oh, Im sorry it is a ""school""] where the owner is never around until this place. The only time I ever hear from the owner is when the ""tuition"" increases, which is strategically timed for the middle of a school term and it comes in the form of a ""hardship letter"", of how ""expensive"" it is to maintain ""quality"" and ""safety"" and how ""retention"" of skilled teachers is a challenge because there are ""sooooo"" many schools competing for them.... There isn't one ""teacher"" in the entire establishment except for the private kindergarten teacher and the previous tuition increases certainly didn't go to improving staff. My tuition at UT (that is University of Texas for those of you that are new to the area) costs less than this school, and my kid hates it. Soon my kid will be in the class where a uniform is required which will make it even more of a joke (required from Dennis Uniform custom uniforms $$) I will be finding another option, and I recommend you avoid this glorified babysitter establishment. more
