Be careful when dealing with this shop. If you not careful, he will try to give you handicap/defective fish. I was there and he volunteer to selected four Frontosa fishes for me. Since he is professional, I have ask him to pick two pairs for me. With the fish in hand, I wanting to go home so I will not cause any stress on the fish. Since I was rushing to go home, I did not check the fish until I reach home. I found out one of them was defective around the mouth. I call and he admitted picking the known-handicap fish for me, and does not want to exchange. Please be careful when you buying fish from there. I will not go back at all. more

bad customer service 5/23/2011

i ve took my kids to buy fish and a tank, we were not well welcomed by the store owner,he was unhelpfull,rude,stepped on my son foot and did not applogize,right infront of me he told my kids to be quite,as they were so exited to see the fish,then i ve asked him if i can have custom tank made, he then said that it is expensive without even knowing what kind of tank i wanted,he needs to go back to the school of manners to learn how to deal with customers if he wants to stay in business,HE WAS VERY RUDE, AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN more
