Deluxe Dry Cleaners

I went in to find out how much it would cost to have some dress pants altered and was told $7.00, I commented on what a great deal that was and the lady behind the counter said they always have the best prices in town! I brought my pants in on my second trip and reaffirmed the quote of $7.00 to the same lady and she confirmed it again so I handed over my pants. When I went to pick them up today they charged me twice what I was quoted!! The same lady behind the counter said she never told me $7.00 and I reminded her about the specifics of our multiple conversations and each time was confirmed the same price for alterations. The lady snatched my card I had laying on the counter and ran it, by this time it has become clear that this place is running a scam. I came home and looked them up online and what do ya' know, I read a similar review who had the same issue of the bait and switch with this cleaners. STAY AWAY!!!!!! more

They have a zero star. Stay away from this cleaner. Everytime I would pick my drycleaning up the price they would tell me when I dropped it off was never the same when I picked it up. Then they lost 2 pairs of pants, I spoke with mgr Sheila she told me to go home see exactly what was missing then call her back with the name of the pants and size. I did, and boy, she told me they had no pants and I never brought pants, even though I paid for them. Then she hung up on me. I finally was able to get owners name and number from another store, and he said he would check on them, 3 days pass with no call from him. I finally called him back and he continued to argue and say I didn't bring the pants in. Even though the girl that checked them in remembered them, they just said she was new and didn't know what she was talking about. PLEASE learn from my lesson, STAY AWAY FROM THEM, it's obvious customer service don't matter to these people. GOD BLESS THE USA!!!!!! more
