I followed "Tasha" to Creative Hair Design because she's the only person who truly understands my cowlicks. True story. The location is pretty girly, though. 80's girly, in fact, and I hope none of my friends see me going in there. But if you want good service, and a low key atmosphere, give it a try. All the stylists seem to be skilled and knowledgeable, and I have met several of their loyal regulars. (None of them seem to mind the pink and black decor as much as I do, but then again, most of them are girls. The guys I have seen are obviously there because they like whoever is cutting their hair, and heck, that's the whole point of visiting.) So I rate Creative Hair Designs as "recommended" ... for girls AND boys.
