Yikes. This place has some issues. If I had known that they ship out their cleaning somewhere else instead of doing it in house, I would never have brought my shirts here. So, really, what they are are cleaning brokers because they don't actually clean anything.
So I was given a one hour time period today when I could pick up my shirts. I arrived and was told they would be 10 minutes late. 10 minutes later, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. A half hour later, the guy finally shows up. They hang up my shirts and the delivery guy knocks them onto the ground where they fold over each other and get wrinkled. I had just paid to have them pressed and here they go knocking them to the ground in a clump. What was the woman's response? ""Sorry, that'll be $7"".
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It might not have been so bad waiting for 40 minutes if there were somewhere to sit inside, but there are no seats. So you either sit in your car in 90 degree weather, or you stand inside in 80 degree a/c (it didn't seem to work too well). ugh. Terrible experience.
