After trying to be patient for over a week while this place was in possession of my car, I decided not to have the car repaired. That whole week, I kept being told that someone would call me and update me but I had to call continuously to find out information about my car. They also take an extremely long time to generate receipts. After having the car towed and this place disassemble my transmission.... THE PARTS WERE NOT IN THE CAR (transmission, torque converter, battery, etc). When I called to tell them about it, I received nothing but attitude and they blamed this on the tow truck company although it was never explained to me that reassembly wasn't included. Even if it wasn't, why weren't the parts at least boxed and put in the car??? The manager was rude and told me ""It is not my business to worry about what people think about my attitude, I'm running a business"". I am so disgusted.... I would never go there again. Not to mention, I spent $250 for nothing.
Cons: slow at generating receipts, do a lot of talking but don't explain effectively, never call to update you, get very rude when a miscommunication arises
