I used to eat here in college, and I loved it!! I moved away and came back to a nearby town. I was excited to go to it again, and I eagerly drove the 25 minutes to the restaurant. It was horrible. However, I thought I would give it a second try, as everyone has a bad day. It was even worse. The food has changed. The onion rings used to be hand breaded like the menu says. They are still hand breaded, but the breaded when the hand touches the machine ata factory far away. The food had freezer burn. Their food used to be fresh.\r

Service both times was average at my table, but try and get them to speak to you when you walk in or as you pass them. It is not going to happen. The servers used to be pretty, but they look quite bad. You cannot all look like Jessica Alba, so don't wear shorts like she can. I do not want to see the cellulite at the back of your thighs.\r

Atmosphere is the same, even though their has been some remodeling since I came here last. \r

The worst was the pricing. Toot's used to be affordable. For me and a friend, we spent over thirty dollars on two entree's with fries an appetizer and soft drinks. I can get this at a ""nice"" restaurant. \r
