Eduardo's is a restaurant that is just ""there"" without anything inspiring about it. Compared to other mexican restaurants, the menu selection seemed rather limited to 10 or so dishes. The food, while very hearty portions, was mexican in cuisine, but tasted a little ""off"" - flavor and texture was just not right (for both dishes we ordered). Service was ok, but like the food, it was not inspiring. Ambiance - there were TV screens all over the dining area. Bottom line - if you're a guest of the hotel, want mexican food, and don't want to venture out, go to Eduardo's, otherwise you will probably fare better elsewhere.
Pros: Portions-food/drinks
Cons: Uninspiring food, Ambiance - TVs
