I have been shopping at Here We Go Again, the Carolina location, for almost 5 years. I have enjoyed the name brands and reasonable prices, and used to enjoy the salespeople there. Things have definitely changed and I will NEVER shop there again. I don't know when, exactly, the changes took place, but it seems that maybe they are under new ownership (?) and the new owner has absolutely zero class and zero ability to treat her loyal customers with respect. I have tried several times to submit items for consignment and have never had complete success. For example, I was there recently with about 20 items (shoes, handbags, jeans, blouses) and only 1/4 of my items were accepted. My clothing is never junk, as I shop at Nordstrom, Macys, Gap, and as of recently, Here We Go Again. I get the feeling from this person (owner?) that neither I nor my garments are good enough for her store. A USED CLOTHING STORE. I don't understand what the criteria is for something to pass her test, because I have seen items there that look as if she just picked them from a trashcan out back. I am tired of being treated like I don't belong there, so from now on, I won't bother. It's apparent that though I have spent hundreds of dollars there, they are doing fine without my contribution. Don't waste your time patronizing this ""wannabe"" clothing store, you won't be welcome there anyway.
Pros: Good prices, but the items are USED
Cons: No parking, poor customer service
