She began by interviewing me at length about my eating history. my eating habits, my goals and my lifestyle. She's warm, personable, very very smart, and helped me figure out a way to eat that WORKED for me. I lost weight steadily but slowly and didn't go at all nuts the way I've done on ""diets."" She's terrific and gave me an array of tools for maintaining the weight loss. I actually looked forward to each weekly appointment. Highly recommend.
