At the checkout the cashier didn't give me everything I had paid for. Some small items were missed. I didn't notice the error until I got home. I returned to the store with my receipt as evidence. When the lost items weren't found I asked for replacements. But the manager denied that request. Evidently the receipt wasn't enough to prove my claim. All she was willing to do was offer to call me if by some miracle the lost items turned up at closing time. I left Michael's with nothing not even an apology for my trouble, just an angry bitter taste in my mouth!
Pros: There's another, much better craft store just up the road
Cons: Under-trained staff, unsympathetic manager
