I do not recommend this business. The owner was rude and unwilling to work out the problem. I did not receive a full refund, and the only reason I got part of my money back was because I complained long enough. I brought in a brand-new beaded bridesmaid dress to have a seam re-sewn (probably from someone previously trying it on) and have it cleaned. When I picked it up, the beads were melted and there were black stains all over the front of it. The melted beads had also left white marks on the mesh overlay on the front of the dress, which will never be able to be removed. When I went back to show the owner the problem (he was the one that was there when I dropped it off), he simply explained why it happened. No apologies, no offer for a refund. When I asked to get my money back he said he had already paid the seamstress for the alteration so I can't get refunded. This is a total lack of customer service! If I drop off a brand new dress with a minor problem, I don't want to pick up a dirty, ruined dress that I cannot even wear! I will never do business with Dutch Girl for anything again and I would like everyone to know about my terrible experience so that they do not have to suffer through the same thing.
