Worst

Good for normal office visits for vaccinations but very hard to get an appointment for immediate care...Customer for over 10 years and they wanted me to wait 5 hours for something...

I have been taking my 4-legged family members to Mellett for over 20 years. The staff is great! The facilities are clean. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. I think the people who have trouble getting a quick appt. are the ones who only go to a vet in an emergency. Loyal customers who get their pets regular vaccination and check-ups can call and they always somehow squeeze me in. I have recommended all my pet loving friends and family members to them. All three of their vets are terrific and caring. They are upto date on the newest advancements in pet healthcare. I would not take my pets anywhere else. \r \r Tressa H. more

Mellett Animal Hospital 9/29/2007

I have used Mellett Animal Hospital for at least sixteen years. We have always gotten wonderful service from both the doctors and staff. I felt compelled to write when I saw the post from Ann that said there front waiting room was dirty. I have never seen it in that condition. The waiting room along with exam rooms have always been very clean. I'm sure that some of the animals do have accidents mine have and as soon as it happens someone always cleans it up and disinfects. I can't say what happened the day she was there but I've never seen it....... more

Beware.. 4/13/2006

Purrrrfect! 11/9/2005

the staff of assistants and vets treat your animals as if they were their own. When you suffer a loss of a pet so do they. Very fast and efficient and always friendly. Perfect atmosphere for a pet parent. Parking is great and all staff is great! more

Mellett Animal Hospital 9/29/2005

We took our cats and dogs there for years. I am no longer a pet owner but would recommend them to anyone who needs a vet. When we had our dog put to sleep, they treated the situation as if it were a human that passed away. They even sent us a sympathy card in the mail. They also have grooming there. PROS: Great staff, clean rooms CONS: A little pricey more
