Lemon Grass greatly improved this Lee Road area, after it took over the former McDonalds space many years ago. The dining areas are attractive and there's a nice patio. The food served in the restaurant is generally good, but take out food seems to need improvement. Maybe this kind of food just doesn't travel well. It is prepared very quickly though. For some reason, their take out seafood has absolutely no flavor, and every shrimp has a mushy glob stuck to them I can't identify. Also, the string beans are always hard and fibrous.
Pros: Good food, ambiance, service, parking (except while garage is under construction)
Cons: Take out seafood and green beans suffer, way too much sauce, some dishes too oily
