Someone ordered a corporate gift for the company I work for. It included Cheryl's cookies. \r \r They were absolutely DELICIOUS! Very fresh, wonderful buttercream icing and the perfect size! \r \r I loved them so much, I went home after work and googled Cheryl's. I visited their yummy looking website (LOL) and placed not one, but two orders. One for me, and one for my mother, for Christmas. They shipped and arrived, on time! \r \r My mother loves them. Obviously, I do too. As a matter of fact, I joined their ""cookie club"" and now will be receiving 24 cookies, every two months. And I can definitely eat three cookies in one week! \r \r I'm very happy with Cheryl's and I do like the fact their cookies are prepackaged. They can be frozen, as well. \r \r I highly recommend Cheryl's. Worse case scenario: You order, receive them, and don't care for them. Just don't order them again. It's that simple. \r \r As for me; I am glad I joined the ""cookie club"" and look forward to being a customer for the foreseeable future. :-) more

I ordered a tin of Chery's cookies as a test to be sent to me and my husband for Valentine's Day, thinking if they were good, I'd send some to my granddaughters. Well, I'm sure glad I sent them to us first!\r First, the good news: the cookies are very good and fresh.\r Now the bad: they arrived pre-packaged in the tin, the cookies individually wrapped, like you see on the counter at a 7-11. No pretty tissue paper in sight. So if you want the item to look pretty and inviting and homemade, not fast-food-like, you'll have to order them sent to you, then you repackage everything with tissue paper to make it look appealing.\r I won't be ordering from them again, needless to say. I can get fresh cookies at a dozen bakeries near my home. more

Stay away from this company!!!!!!I cannot believe when my special gift was never received and I Cheryl and they said that it was never shipped and they were sorry. But what infuriated me was they offered to send out the same gift pack several days late or that I could pay them more money to order a different box that would show up several days late as well. What should have happened is that good customer service would require fedexing my package overnight with a letter of apology. So, I ended up really frustrated and my son never received his box of cookies to commemorate the holiday. more

I sent my Grandson, 14 yrs old, the Birthday Cookie Tin and he was so excited. Needless to say he enjoyed the cookies because he did not share any with his Mom...LOL. I sent my Mother and my Daughter the Mother's Day special with a combination of all the cookies and I received a call from each one saying how much they loved the cookies! They both said ""They are the best!!!"" In fact, my daughter has decided now to use Cheryl's for her cookie needs. If you really want to eat an ""old school"" type of cookie that you can't find anymore, try Cheryl's. Just once and believe me you are hooked....line and sinker too!!! I am now on automatic delivery for this year and I am so excited about it! Free shipping and I will have Cheryl's cookies for all my entertaining needs....it's great! Cheryl, thanks so much for taking the time to produce an absolutely wonderful product. You have really taken the time to do it right and each cookie taste like you made it with all the love of your grandma! Congrats on a great product! more
