I was not pleased at all. I had impeccable credit, and it was a clean simple transaction. They did not update us at all I had to continually ask and then they just gave us said nope nothing yet, no responses. What should have been a 60 day closing turned out to be over 4 months. Then they finally asked the bank for an update and the bank they used admitted to losing my loan file. If they would have asked when we prompted them they would not have lost the file. They never apologized and continued to be rude with their responses. Buying a home is a huge decision and emotional if you want someone to walk you through the process, be professional throughout the process, and help you, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
