I am the office manager of a small business. We have been a customer of W.B. Mason for three years. We are satisfied with SOME of the prices. When I say SOME of the prices, I'm saying that the W.B. Mason brands that they sell are obviously cheaper because it is their brand. However, the other items are always more expensive. This is where they catch you on free delivery. I mean they have to pay for trucks and gasoline too. The extra $10.00 on items probably go toward delivery charges. Also, they always deliver to us right when we are closed or after hours. This results in them delivering our order the next day. This issue goes against their ""Woah, we deliver next day"" nonsense. And, everytime you call customer service, you always have to fight with the representative because they tell you information that you were not aware of after the fact. This company is great for companies who are not concerned about fast service.
Pros: Many items to choose from, including their own brands
Cons: Getting those items to you are sometimes a hassle; not meant for fussy office managers
