The customer service on the phone was beyond rude and unprofessional. My approach to customer service folks is always to be as nice as possible but this woman made it impossible.
She made several mistakes and after answering my question ""so we have an appointment for X day, X time?"" she said ""yes"" and repeated the info to me. I called back a day later to confirm a detail of the service as she had requested (and I had to get info from another tenant) and I was not in the system but she remembered me and proceeded to tell me all the ways I was wrong and how it was my fault. Finally, after biting my tongue for a very long time, we had another appointment.
Nobody showed up or called to say they would not be able to make the appointment. I called the office and never got an answer. Never using them again.
