When I order dinner from the Riverdale Diner, it comes to me quickly and correct. However I've twice now been burned by ordering lunch on days when I go into work late. First time, their online ordering system didn't get my order to them until an hour later. I had to shove the food down by the time I got it.
Today, they forgot to include the almond horn I ordered and PAID FOR and somehow I got mangu with my frittata despite specifying home fries in the comment field. (The website is set up so that you CAN'T deselect mangu.) I also didn't get the turkey sausage on the side that I, again, ordered and PAID for. Trying to sort this over the phone with them was a nightmare. We'll see if someone shows up with the missing parts of my order.
