I went to Crystal Cafe today for lunch and as I was standing in front of the sald bar, I noticed three small "creatures" (yes, the R-word. rhymes with broach) crawling on the INSIDE of the glass! I alerted the woman at the register and she told one of the young guys behind the sandwich counter. He simply took a paper napkin and brushed the rodents away, like it was no big deal. Mind you, he went right back to making sandwiches after this. No one offered an apology or looked alarmed in the least. I left my sandwich at the counter and asked for my money back. The woman reluctantly gave me back my money after letting out a huge sigh, like she really didn't want to return my money. I already filed a complaint with 311 and hope that this email serves as a warning to anyone thinking of eating there.
