I am not very picky about my hair and have never had a bad experience in the city.. this is the first time I went to this location and all I wanted wasmy layers trimmed and to leave my bangs as is, as I was letting it grow out.. before I knew it the chatty lady there cut such short bangs that I cannot even brush it to the side and she was telling em why I dont need layers! it dint look bad when she blow dried it, but once I washed out, all my hair strands are in different length! cannot believe I spent almost 70 bucks for this! more

My stylist listened to what I wanted and made my hair feel lighter and more manageable without taking away the length that I wanted to keep. I walked out with a shiny, expensive looking blowout and will definitely be coming back! more

They hacked my hair 6/16/2010

I went in to have my long-ish bob trimmed. However, instead of a trim, the whole back of my head was cut close like a man's, with chin-length ""flaps"" of hair over my ears. What I left with bears no resemblance to what I looked like when I arrived. They offered to ""fix"" it, but because the hair is cut so short, the only fix was to cut off the rest of my hair into a pixie - not a good look for me. I refused to pay full price, and they agreed not to charge me because the cut is obviously not remotely appropriate for my age, body type and overall style. Stay away. I will only go here for my hair... 2/3/2010

I ended up with a stylist named Donna, and she has been cutting my hair for years now. She is amazing, and she can handle anything I give her, and I am always happy with it. I recommend her to all of my friends. She gets booked up though, as everyone else seems to be catching on to how amazing she is, so make an appointment! Pros: Awesome stylist and can pretty much handle any cut. Cons: a bit of a wait but it's worth it. more

Truly terrible 7/29/2009

I paid $27 for a 4 minute cut that butchered my hair. For the most part, my hair was cut with 2 sets of clippers, followed by all of 5 passes by with a pair of scissors. The sideburns were mis-aligned, the cut done without asking for feedback, and not even a shampoo or rinse for all that money. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This place is just looking to bring as many customers through the place as possible in the shortest amount of time. If you care about your hair, avoid this place! The hair stylists are rude! They gave me the wrong shade, and were very rushed. When I complained, the manager was unhelpful, even though she admitted the hair stylist had been unprofessional and had given me the wrong color. more

great stylists at a great price! 2/23/2005

This salon was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago and after the amazing service I received that time I will now go only there when I need a great blowout or a haircut. The stylists are great and for the service they provide you won't find a better value anywhere else! more
