I brought something in on a Sunday to be framed, and the smiling framing guy said no problem, it would be ready the following Sunday. So I went to pick it up, and he was not there--some woman said the frame did not come, and it would be late. Then I went back on Monday, and smiling guy told me that it was late because he did not work on Sundays (except for the first Sunday, I guess). While he waited on me, he was on the phone with his mom, and just gave me the frame and told me sorry. Am I too demanding? I like people to do what they say they are going to do, and I don't consider smiling an excuse.
