I have joined Synergy, NY Health & Racquet, and Crunch. All with private training sessions. But now I exclusively go to Hanson Fitness. The trainers trully concentrate in getting what you want = a stronger body. The one hour session is non-stop. If youre not gasping for air, youre not working out hard enough. Go during off peak hours so you have the gym to yourself. The more sessions you purchase, it comes out cheaper. Member for over a year. Go strong = go Hanson.
