I dropped off my laptop, which was fried because I accidentally spilled a drink on it, on 4/22/10.. something that should have taken 2 weeks to fix somehow has taken over 7 weeks. I must have called the store 2 or 3 times a week, every week, to see what the hell the situation is. The amount of bullshit and lies I was fed would amaze you..
To recap just some of these lies, I was first told that it could be done by May 12 because the parts were coming in from Brooklyn and Ohio, then I was told that they got lost in shipping, then I was told they would receive them in a few days, then I was told they just received them, then I was told they made a mistake and they still never got them and I also found out they didn't place an order for the parts until May 10th (two weeks after I dropped it off), then I was told it would take 5 more days with the guy's guarantee. Then 3 weeks later I call (because of course these guys can never call me, their client), they tell me that they misdiagnosed the problem and they couldn?t fix it.
This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.. please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, even if it means spending a few more dollars (not that this service was anything cheap). I am not big on making negative reviews, in fact this is the first I've ever written, so you should know how compelled I felt to write this. I hope I can stop at least one person from using their service, unless of course you prefer to be cursed out and lied to on the phone..

Cons: terrible service, lies, and ineptitude
