I am sorry, but their horrible customer service spoiled anything I had nice to say about the food. I was robbed by someone working at Brew Brothers and the ensuing credit dispute with the management, even though it was straightforward, took 4 months to resolve!!! \r
What really made me mad was that they kept telling me they resolved it or that is was going to be taken care of but in hindsight that was just to get rid of me. After three trips there and lots of phone calls later I got into contact with El Dorado's billing department and the lady there helped me and was even polite. The signature on the bill wasn't even my name and it was obvious i got billed for someone else's friend's order. Good for El Dorado, very bad for Brew Brothers. I will never return and will tell all my friends likewise to stay away because they steal and lie.
Cons: Don't punish theives, have to fight for hours on end to get anything resolved, liars
