My wife & myself have been going to Tito for years but recently we have had some issues. first off, i brought my watch (unique) to there shop over a month ago for a band reduction. when i got the watch back it broke 2 days later! no problem, well i proceeded to buy a dfferent band (could of gone to KMART) but, try to help out local businesses and spread the wealth. little that i knew is that when you drop of merchandise they give you a ticket to let you let you know your product is ready. so after a week (told me 3-4 days) i called, no answer!! again and again!! they never called me to let me know it was ready. well, i finally got a call, my wife went to get it and brought it home, too long!! guess what, dropped it off and till this date 11/21/11 no watch!! no call!!! no nothing just a bad attitude from the woman at the front counter. she is horrible and is doing nothing but losing Tito biz !! i hope your daughter is ok but this woman is going to lose you customers. Especially on this side of town were we all know eachother. the only thing that is asked is good service and a call. i waste more gas trying to get my watch than i do driving to get gas. when i get my watch i will be taking my biz down the street. sorry but i truly believe in customer service!! she's not the definition of that!! I should add that i should have gotten a discount on my watch that broke, instead i'm out of a watch and a few bucks. i aso left a double sided leather watch there a while back that was sentelmental value to me and never saw that (my fault for not following up) they never called and i was busy. I hope they stick around for other people but for me and my wife we will go elsewhere!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
