I was less than impressed with Princeton Air. First off, as a new customer they over charge for their diagnostic service of $101.65 just to tell you need to spend another $260 ...

Mr. Delgado is a true professional doing an excellent job. He called me in advance to inform of his arriving time and he was at my door at the exact time. He worked diligently and thoroughly for ~2 hours to complete the winter check-up for our house. He also tried to help me with the one malfunctioned smoking detector. I was quite impressed. more

Princeton Air Sales 7/21/2019

I needed quotes for the replacements of my 20-year-old AC unit and water heater. Lucky for me, my consultant was Jim Ghrist. When he learned I was a new homeowner, he took the time to explain how my whole HVAC system works and the features that set apart their Trane equipment from the others, and to answer all my questions. Yes, they may be a bit more expensive than other brands/companies, but you truly do get what you pay for and I know I'm making the right investment. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the Install hasn't happened yet, but so far their service and follow-up is excellent. more

Yearly Service 7/20/2019

Berto serviced our 2 air conditioning units yesterday. He arrived on time, was very polite( as all of your service people are) and did a great job. He figured out why my one of the units was not working properly. Bento had to go outside to take off the cover of the unit and found that dirt had blown into it. He washed down the unit and it’s working great. Thank you Berto! The temperature outside is 96 my house is nice and cool! more

Alberto was extremely courteous and efficient. He did a great job on servicing our system, let me know what he was doing and even helped bring up my garbage cans from the curb. I have been using Princeton Air for years and will continue to recommend them for their timely service and great technicians. more

Alberto performed my AC scheduled maintenance today. He was on time, polite, considerate and kind. My in-home unit is in a very cramped utility closet with the additional unit on the roof of my condo building. Alberto took everything in stride to complete the job proficiently. He even had to deal with a nest of angry bees to complete the rooftop maintenance, but that didn't stop him. I've been with Princeton Air for many years and I hope that Alberto will complete my future maintenance checks! Thank you so much Alberto. more

service maintenance check up 5/11/2019

scheduling easy in fact called to schedule for June but there was a cancellation and he came the next day called 5 minutes before arriving; came ; checked the unit; offered to change the thermostat batteries and put in a new filter. he was pleasant and respectful. smile more
