The Maids branch that covers the Union, Essex, and Morris counties should be avoided. The different crews that they send out can do an okay job in some cases but unfortunately in other cases rooms were literally missed and when I called up to have them come back to clean the room I had to speak to a very rude individual on the phone. I like to give people a few chances but after a few things were broken and I was told that they had nothing to do with it and after seeing how certain things in some of the rooms weren't cleaned properly I moved on to using someone else. Do yourself a favor and move on to using someone else from the start.
