I recently purchased furniture from this store last week and opted for delivery and assembly. The delivery company put the cribs together, but informed me that they had to return the next day to replace a wheel. I was very understanding because stuff happens sometimes. The delivery man assured me that he would return the next day, but could not confirm a time. Consequently, he informed me that he would call to let me know in the morning. After waiting in the house almost an entire day, I called the store to inquire the status of the second part of my delivery, the store rep. informed me that he just received the part and would try to have it delivered this evening. Once again he could not provide me a time. After going back and forth about waiting in the house not only an entire day and requesting that I wait for the rest of the evening the only solution he could come up with was to deliver it tomorrow. I asked the question, ""what time?"" He could not tell me. At this point, I'm upset because I think that asking a customer to wait in the house a third day is a bit much to ask. Keep in mind, no apology yet. Well the prognosis was that all he could do was try and have it delivered tomorrow and would take my cell phone number down. So I guess instead of waiting in the house all day, I'm supposed to be on edge and run back home once they call me. The moral of the story is, customer service does not exist with this business. \r
And I did not even have time to write about how the store rep, who I later learned was the owner had the nerve to raise his voice and yell over the phone. I must say this was a first for me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!\r
