Reed & Cross has a devoted following of upscale shoppers. They've been one of the top flower and gift locations in Eugene for half a century, and their reputation is well earned. You know that tag line about "when you care enough to send the very best?" Well, that is Reed & Cross -- the best.
The shop itself is much more than just flowers. You'll find hundreds of types of dishes, stemware, cookware and kitchen gadgets. Women's clothing, gift items and many household decorations.
This is also a fun place to window shop, but the prices may hurt if your keeping to a budget! The items are beautiful and is of very good quality.
Gift basket shopping can be interesting here, too. You can build your own buy purchasing fancy candy, spreads and other foods. Or order a basket and they'll put together something wonderful.
The Holiday Trim shop seems to have lost a bit of luster in the past few years. This used to be the place for top-of-the-line ornaments. It's still well worth a visit to soak in some holiday spirit, but the selection is not as vast as it once was. And you may see similar items in other stores.
Reed & Cross holds periodic "Lemon" sales, where they clear out slow sellers at good prices. They also hold an annual "give a friend a free flower" program that has been well received.
