My husband and I have purchased all of our major appliances from Baron's for years. Just this week, we had our 2 year old top of the line Whirlpool front loader break. The entire computer system is faulty and needs to be replaced. $$$$$ We are just 2 months over our 2 year warranty mark. In speaking with the Service Tech, I was told he would get me all the information I needed to call Whirlpool later the same day he was at our home. Never received a phone call. I phoned the following morning and left a voicemail message requesting a phone call back. No call. It took me calling again to obtain half of the information I needed.
