I have been using this company for 15 years and I am very happy with their excellent service and professionalism. Whether they're cleaning 5 rooms of carpet or oriental rugs, they have performed second to none. They even picked up my rugs to clean at their high tech cleaning facility and then delivered at my convenience. Cleaners come and go, there is a reason this company has been in business for so long.? We called with a ""puff back"" problem from our furnace...lot's of sooty dust. The insurance people had recommended a big chain cleaning service and although they got the majority of the problem solved, I was still concerned about my nice sofa and my fairly new carpet. Aladdin came in on time, on budget and really cleaned the rugs and furniture. I was so happy with the results and their courtesy and thoughtfulness with regards to my situation. I never do this...but I just had to write this review! FIrst of all, I have had my carpets cleaned in the past and never have I been satisfied. But, company was coming and the house just smelled musty and the carpets looked awful! I called Aladdin, they worked me in quickly and they did a fantastic job. The thing that I really like about them was that they did more than was asked. I told them that they could ignore certain areas of a room and they said that they preferred to do the whole room to get the best results. AND....they were right! Abhorrent performance! Can you possibly imagine it would take less than 45 minutes to clean 3 larger than average rooms? I found it hard to believe as well! \r \r This should have been a straight-forward carpet cleaning that would easily be completed, instead I ended up with a bigger mess than before: my carpets now smell ?sour? and it took days to dry them out (I actually ended up buying fans). They never vacuumed, never moved stitch of furniture, did not protect woodwork from hose damage? But they certainly were eager to take a check! \r \r One silver lining to the story, Town & Country is clearly mortified by their competitors performance and the blight it leaves on the industry; they are on their way to fix it free of charge.\r \r NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE ALADDIN!\r more

These people saved our lives during water damage. They saved our carpet, dried everything out and then came back and cleaned our carpets and upholstery. Everything smelled soo good. Very professional\r \r \r \r I LOVED this company. It is family owned, I first spoke with the owner and he was very friendly and very thorough. His wife came to my house with another employee and were enjoyable to talk with. She explained everything and answered my questions. I have had 2 other carper cleaners and was very dissapointed. Aladdin Carpets not only got out my awful stains but cleaned my upholstery leaving it feeling fresh and feeling good. !!!!!!!! Everything was dry by the next morning. They even moved some furniture to a different place for me. I highly reccommend this company and will refer them to all of my friends. I remember reading a profile on this cleaner in the Portsmouth Herald and thinking how arrogant one of the owner's sounded. But I have had a nice relationship with the company for a couple of years so I called them again.\r When she came out to my home today she shreaked at the horrible dog smell (which admittedly was bad). My dogs had been trapped in the house during the floods of early June and you can guess what had ensued. But she made faces like a 9 year old and kept gagging for theatrical effect. It was not pleasant here but she made me feel awful. She was not professional at all. I willnever ever call them again.\r more
