I had cause to return to Sears with some defective tires. I waited in the showroom for 20 minutes before being confronted by the Manager, Xavier, I complained about the wait and all he could say was that he was 'with another customer' - no apology.
Before Xavier finally showed his face, another visiting Manager had approached me but told me he could not help because he was just there for training. he went on to tell me that I should complain to head office about the wait because they had cut back on staffing hours.
On top of that the complaint about my tires was mishandled and I would never recommend anyone to go to Sears for tires. Colony tires gave me great service.
Cons: Staff are demotivated and not interested
