Usually, you really can't find anything bad to say about eye doctors in general because it is a quick exam. But the attitude of the staff is very important to me, as is the quality of the exam. The front office staff was wonderful. They were funny and looked like they enjoyed their job. They got me into the exam room quick which was nice. I didn't have to sit there for an hour waiting. When it gets time for the main exam by the doctor, she walks in... doesn't say anything. Not a word. I said "Hi" and she looked at me out of the corner of her eye and replied with a hello. Didn't even look at me. Never introduced herself. I had to learn her name from looking at my chart. Even then I couldn't tell exactly what it was. So I had to ask her what it was. And then the only time she spoke to me was to ask which lens looked better. After that she had nothing else to do with me. When she told me my perscription she looked at me and said "You don't need glasses. I don't even know why you bothered to come in here." OMG who says that???? Wow. I looked at her and I said I don't even know why you came in today. I took my prescription and walked out. I'm a pretty easy going person, but when a doctor treats you like that...well... it's just not good. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm not sure how the other doctors are in that facility. I'm sure the rest of them are great and I just got the bad one out of the group. So I remain optimistic. Just proceed with caution and try to get in to see another doctor. I think her name was "Dr. Ward".
