The people who run this business at one time were skilled and dependable. Now, the entire business operation is a complete disaster. Problems I have personally experienced with Earp's Upholstery include the following:
(1) Lack of communication--No answering of the phones and often full voicemail, no returning of phone calls on multiple occasions, and pertinent details of the job's progress being left out or lied about.
(2) Poor listening skills, loss of customer information and an uncanny ability to "forget" about practically every aspect of the service they are supposed to be providing, including who they are talking to--It is not like they have hundreds of customers per day.
(3) Poor work quality, attempted cover-up of multiple mistakes and even breakages along with loss of parts.
(4) Lies, lies, lies and even lies about lies.
I can't remember the last time I have been strung along for so long, and what is most surprising is that everyone I have talked to has had a similar experience. I am sick and tired of lazy, slack-jawed people being in business that do not know how to treat customers or even provide skilled labor.
Pros: They used to be, years ago...
Cons: They are now. A different excuse every time for lackluster service.
