Unfortunately a pair of expensive Oakley Gloves bought for my husband who is Army for Christmas were defective and 010811 we tried to EXCHANGE them and the management WAS NOT AT ALL helpful and denied us an exchange, no specific reason given other then sorry can't do it. Now when you pay 65.00 plus dollars and buy something that is defective stores are more then happy to do the exchange BUT NOT General Jackson's. They refused and the crack in the knuckle of the glove was small but never-the-less a defect in manufacturing, which was easy enough to rectify since this was under a warranty by Oakley but General Jackson's couldn't be bothered with the EXCHANGE NOT a refund but an exchange since we bought them there and HAD OUR Receipt and the original packaging. I was told that I would be able to bring them back and exchange or refund them had they not fit BUT apparently that does NOT apply to DEFECTIVE merchandise. I WILL NEVER shop there again and suggest anyone seeing this do THE SAME! They have no regard for treating customers with any appreciation what so ever.
