I ordered a Doboard from this company in July of 2008. I was then told (after the fact...ie...they had my money) that it was on ""backorder"". In fact...it was on something called ""no order"". As in...we wont' fill any orders for something we sold on our website, AND we won't refund any money. I contacted them several time via e-mail, and via phone, but never got an e-mail response, and when I actually talked to a person on the other end of the line, the ""manager was out to lunch"" EVERY time, despite calling at various times throughout the day. I then contacted the place which you apparantly cannot mention in here, which is supposed to offer BETTER service to BUSINESS no matter what BUREAU they are in in Nebraska, and to this point (February of 2009), they haven't gotten any response from them whatsoever. \r
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. REPEAT...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. To say they have bad customer service is a disservice to companies that provide customer service, bad as it may be. In order for them to provide bad customer service, that would mean they actually have to provide SOME customer service. Instead, I got soaked for $75, with no product, no return of e-mails or phone calls...in other words...I just got screwed.\r
In fact, I didn't even want to give them 1 star. 1 star would mean I got bad service, a bad product, etc. I got no service, no product, and a $75 hole in my checking account.\r
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Cons: I got no product, they got my money, they won't reply to e-mails or phone calls...not ONE good thing about them.
