My brand new A/C heat pump was unable to heat the house on the last cold morning in April- so I called in a warranty service request to my builder. Caryl quickly made the appt, showed up promptly and diagnosed a coil leak. They charged my system and ordered the coil. When they showed to install- it was the wrong one. So the serviceman called in the order again. Another couple weeks, they show up for intall- WRONG part again!!! serviceman took pictures of nameplate etc and ordered again.
several weeks later I have an appt for install ( voicemail left on phone with date, time) and they do not show- I call them- they say appt is the next day! Wow, glad my HVAC is at least working in the mean time.
