I sincerely enjoy Pizza Hut food. However, this last phone order was terrible and I felt disrespected. The person taking my follow-up call inquiring about expected delivery time suggested that he wasn't an octopus and expressed that they lacked driver help. It ultimately took ~1:35 mins to deliver my food. Upon calling the resteraunt, I was placed on hold for 8 mins before someone hungup the phone. When I called back a second time, I requested the Manager (Shawn) and was kept on hold for another 10mins. Once I spoke with Shawn and expressed that I wanted a refund, he stated that it wasn't possible and he could offer $5 off of my next purchase. \r
