The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they potentially damage my artwork (upon return of the framed artwork it had a line through it, which they said they thought was there when we brought it), but they left the corners of the frame open enough to see through. I paid for the framing and asked that they correct the mistake. To make matters worse, upon picking up the artwork, they tried to charge me for the framing a second time. Even after proving to them it was paid for the first time, they offered no" I'm sorry for potentially damaging the painting", not framing the artwork correctly, or trying to double charge you. However, I did find the end result acceptable thus giving one star.
