office staff is rude and lazy!!! 1/17/2011

Dr. Kapadia is a great, wonderful doctor! I just wish that her office staff were more friendly and would answer the phone from time to time. I complained to the office manager but she had no intrest in any of my concerns. Trust me, you will NEVER be greated with a smile or kind voice at this office. more

Very good doctor, terrible office staff 5/12/2008

Dr. Tam is a wonderful doctor. His office staff is the worst I have ever seen. They will not answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. I have been there when there was no one else waiting, yet the phone rings and the office staff ignores it. They eat openly at the desk, and chat among themselves instead of answering the phone so you can make an appointment or ask a question. I plan to change to another practice even though I really like Dr. Tam. It is too annoying to try to get through on the phone. Best Physician and Best Primary Care 9/19/2006

Dr. Kapadia is a very good physician, she is very smart. She is my primary care since last 2 years. I have visited her more then 5 times by now. All the staff is very friendly. I will never change her as my primary care unless I move to differenct place. more

Office Staff 8/17/2005

I must first start off saying that Dr. Kim Tam is an excellent and caring physician. Unfortunately, his office staff leaves something to be desired. I can get no results from his office staff in returning calls, handling lab report results, or returning calls to the pharmarcy to refill prescriptions. I was told the that the office suffers from a lack of staffing. Does this mean I am suppose to suffer the consequences because of the lack of staff to accomodate a patient's needs or requests? I only see this physican once a year would expect better quallity service from so called professional office personnel.
