This is what I got....northland tow did go out of business after the owner John passed away. However, it is now eddie's northland tow. My service was great! I recommend the new company. D.J has nothing to do with this company and it shows. The number is the same and comany is very nice and friendly. I give 5 stars to the new company and agree with the post "out of business". more

The owner of this business is DJ Adamson, and my business has been doing business with the company for years, until DJ came into ownership of the company due to the death of the previous owner. Now DJ has decided to close their doors, and has stiffed us money they owed us, I can only imagine the same is true for any property Northland had in their posession when DJ made this decision without consulting the shareholders of the interested corporation. I suggest before anyone does business with this company again, you check to make sure DJ Adamson is out of the picture. more

I was involved in a accident last monday, while waiting for the police to show up i was getting bombarded by tow truck drivers from 3 companies after i told all them i was waiting for the police. They finally left me alone and i saw another tow truck driver just sitting in his truck patiently waiting. It was northland tow so if you didnt figure it out yet thats who i chose to tow me. i called northland tow monday morning spoke with the dispatcher named michael bout getting my car unlocked while it was running, typical monday morning for me running late and then doing something stupid on my part to make me even later. i told him i called 2 other companies and they would be over an hour to help me, michael assured me that he could have one of his driver there in 30 min or less no longer i hung up the phone it seemed like the tow truck was in front of my house... no joke they must of been around the corner cause they were not enen 10 min... i asked the driver how northland tow responds so fast unlike other companies in the area his answer was there boss has them spread out through the city for timely eta and thats what makes us stick out over other companies... i just everyone to know northland tow gets 2 thumbs up from me and my family... My son wrecked my car, we made the phone call to Northland Tow and they responded promptly. These people are very nice, polite and understanding on bad situations. You couldnt ask for better customer service in bad times like this. I highly recommend this company to anyone who may need autobody work done or tow service for any reason. My car got impounded at my apartment complex for having expired tags and i havent moved the car in a while. When i called the number on the sign it was dj at northland tow when i explained my situation he was more then polite and understanding he cut the tow bill down so it was affordable for me, since it was my fault my car had been stickered for days prior i understood. I would gladly use northland tow again for anything i need and news does travel fast i will be telling all my friends to use them also. After hearing bad review after bad revied of these guys, I'm pleased to say that I had the honor of expierencing their poor business tactics first hand. Rude, sleezy, and zero people skills are only a few ways to describe this company. I must say it was quite an expierence to be cursed at by a member of management, quite possibly the owner. I was advised never to give these people my business and I pledge I never will again. Remember word travels fast, especially in such a competitive industry. Due to his unprofessional actions the apartment complex in which I lived will no longer do buisness with him.
