First, let me start off by saying that I was highly frustrated when I contacted Arctic Air. I had tried to get another local, big name company to come out and fix our furnace that had been out of service for over 24 hours at the point in which I called Arctic Air. This other big name (which I will not mention to remain professional) did not show up for the job - and it is the coldest it has been all winter long. We are relying on electric heaters. Arctic Air was already completely booked but worked me/us into their schedule and were able to fix our furnace within the day.\r
The entire staff was completely understanding when I called completely flustered and upset because of my current situation, and went above and beyond in regard to customer service, professionalism,and just having a sense of urgency and caring about the customer! I know that it should go without saying, but that is not the case anymore - I will gladly recommend Arctic Air to anyone and if I ever have an issue with my systems in the summer months, this will be the company where my loyalties lie as well! I could not be happier!
