Since we just moved to Eden Prairie, this was my first experience with your company. \r
Today, I went to the Eden Prairie facility to pick up the dry cleaning garments which were supposed to be ready by 4. The response from the counter worker was something to the effect of ""looks like they were held up at the facility."" No apologies, no customer concern, nothing. \r
When I stressed the importance of these pieces and when I could get them ""she really didn't know when they would come - maybe tomorrow."" I told her that was unsatisfactory, and she replied with I ""should have had a back up plan if I needed the clothes.""\r
Not the first impression I am sure your company is trying to make.\r
We'll see of the clothes are ready tomorrow, but who knows?
