Honest reliable car repairs 3/18/2011

We have been bringing our cars to this shop for over 14 years. At any given time we are a two to three car family.They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I trust Kirby, he tells you the truth and we have always been very pleased with the work from everyone at this shop. Also note I am a woman and they don't treatrme like I am stupid when I ask questions. Kirby is the best!!! more

They hit it on the nailhead every time. They do their best to minimize expenses without compromising the repair and every time I've used them Kirby has impressed with the detailed diagnoses. more

One of the best 2/1/2011

One of the best Auto shops in the metro. The manager is very knowlegable and works hard to only sell you what you need. The shop can be very busy at times so it's a good idea to drop your car off for the day or afternoon. Thanks to Kirby my 96 Grand Marquis is still running great. more

I have had the best experience dealing with All Imports over the past 5 years. They stand behind their work and have gone out of the way to provide awesome customer service. I would not bring my import to any other repair shop--including the dealer! more

Clean trustworthy shop. I have been dealing with Kirby (the manager) for years. He is very concerned with delivering value along with the correct assessment of all my vehicles needs. This shop is worthy of consideration. I have dealt with them for years. more

Honest and reasonably priced 9/24/2005

We've been getting our cars fixed at Car Care in Eagan for over 5 years. They have been honest in telling us what's wrong with our cars and their rates are reasonable. They send out good coupons in the mail for discounts on oil changes and general car repairs so that's an added bonus (perhaps one of the reasons we continue to bring our cars there). They are conveniently located on Cliff Road. They have a good turn around time and are pretty flexible on scheduling. They have also been helpful in helping us deal with warranty issues. more
