My experience with Dr. Wilhelm was nothing less than great. He helped me over hurdles that I had with having dentures. I had very poor results with a past dentist who made dentures for me that I could not even wear properly, I was so gun shy by the time I went to Dr. Wilhelm, that I almost didn't go in for a consult. He was wonderful, and very reassuring to me. My results were great, and I couldn't be happier. He is not only professional, but very thoughtful, and considerate of you, your feelings, and makes sure you have the best look & fit possible. I can't say enough good things about him and his wonderful staff, don't be gun shy like me, seek out Dr. Wilhelm for good results. more

Hindsight is a great thing, but it certainly isn't helping me now that I've been screwed over by Mark Wilhelm. I am now in the process of paying other dentists to fix all of the errors that Dr. Wilhelm made. My dental work should have been completed months ago, but thanks to Dr. Wilhelm I've had no front tooth for 8 full months, and because he didn't care for my gums properly, it will be months before my new dentists can put a final crown on. I am basically back where I started because the process has to be done correctly this time. My entire summer has been destroyed due to this man and his poor patient treatment. It's obvious that he could care less that I've experienced a great deal of pain and mental anguish over this process. I am now paying out of pocket to have my dental work completed, which is ridiculous. If Dr.Wilhelm had any morals or ethics, he would not have let this happen. He definitely cares more about the money than the patient. He is rude and arrogant and just doesn't care. If you are looking for quality dental care and you wish to be treated with respect, do not go to Dr. Mark Wilhelm. I have NEVER in my life encountered such an unempathic health care provider. He will be nice to you at the beginning of treatment, but his personality will soon change once you are basically ""stuck"" with him. People seeking out dental implants and other dental work are vulnerable and deserve to have a dentist they can trust. This is my warning to anyone looking for good honest dental care...do not go to Dr. WIlhelm, you will be sorry. I don't want anyone else to experience what I'm going through. I can't eat or sleep and I'm a nervous wreck because my new dentist isn't sure that all of the damage Dr. Wlhelm did can be remedied. After all of this time and money, I may end up with a poor end result anyhow due to Dr. WIlhelm's negligience...very depressing. Cons: Too many to list! more
