I was a member of Tanfastic for over 6 years having the club membership automatically taken from my MasterCard. In the last 6 years I only tanned an average of 10-20 times a year. I didn't want to close my membership because I would loose the club price I was paying plus I wanted to go more but never managed to do it. \r
In February my transfer from my personal account to my business account was late and the payment was declined. I went into the salon the next day to pay it and was told I would be charged a $25 fee. A fee for a declined credit card? I would also loose my club price. So I decided to cancel the membership and was told I would still have to pay for the month even though it was only a day into it and I had not tanned since October. \r
I called the management office and was treated like a low life. I asked to speak to the person in charge and I was suppose to get a return call. It never happened. If they treat a 6 year loyal customer like a low life then I hate to see how they treat a new customers.
Cons: POOR managment and business ethics
